How to Obtain RoR Certified Copy?

The followings are steps

  1. Download the Application Form from either e-District Portal /Click FORM TAB Above
  2. Fill up all information in the Application Form.
  3. Attach the requisite documents which has mentioned in the prescribed Application Form.
  4. Submit the Application Form in nearrest Common Service Centre(CSC).
